About the role:

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of something special. Our Customer Resolution Team, based at our Head Office in Darlington, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to help us to improve the service delivered to our members.

As a

Customer Resolution Officer

, you'll put our members at the heart of everything you do. Your role will involve:

Providing outstanding customer service and resolving complaints in line with our policies, procedures, and redress guidelines.

Identifying root causes of issues and contributing to service improvements across the Society.

Supporting the production of MI to help drive better outcomes for our members.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Society to ensure customer complaints are resolved according to internal service level agreements.

Where requested undertake root cause investigations and recommend improvements to the Society services and processes.
