We are seeking to appoint to the role of

Customer Rewards Programme Manager



Help us transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships. As our new

Customer Rewards Programme Manager

, you'll lead the design and delivery of innovative loyalty programs that meet customer needs, evolve engagement, and drive sustainable sales growth.


This role will also be responsible for sourcing and developing a digital platform to support and manage the loyalty & reward programs.


Reporting directly to the Pricing Manager, this strategic role puts you at the heart of customer experience and commercial performance. You'll be responsible for:

Designing and rolling out customer rewards programmes that enhance retention and encourage repeat business Leveraging data insights to continuously evolve and personalise loyalty offerings Developing KPIs and performance tracking to measure programme success and ROI Collaborating across departments--Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and IT--to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience Leading campaigns and communications to promote customer loyalty initiatives

About You




As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:

Relevant degree with professional qualifications or demonstrable experience.

Strong understanding of marketing incentives in a multi-channel environment and of customer behaviours and needs.

Strong ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences.

Strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in data analysis and presentation design.

Experience in researching and implementing digital platforms tools.

Experience in creating and executing product marketing campaigns and developing end-to-end marketing processes.
