Customer Sales Adviser

to join our team.

Customer Sales Advisers have a very important role with in our fast-paced print company! With a high volume of enquiries coming through daily, we need someone who can stay focused, positive and give awesome service. Your role is to build excellent, long-term relationships with our customers through fanatical customer service.

What we need:

Highly organised & motivated individual. Fastidious attention to detail. Experience with customer interaction would be beneficial. Friendly telephone manner. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Keen to work as part of a small team with direct coaching and support. Experience in print or customer service roles advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

What you'll be doing:

Deliver awesome service through positive customer interaction. Advising customer on the best printed products to fit their needs (full training given). Answering and directing incoming calls and emails. Adding orders onto our internal system. Preparing quotes for customers. Various ad-hoc duties. Being part of a great team helping to drive the business forward.
