What we're looking for:

Highly motivated individuals with the drive, energy, and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding customer experiences -- and who thrive on achieving targets and earning rewards. Flexibility: though the role is predominately based in our Ely or Wisbech agencies, you may be required to work in our other locations. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities. Sales and customer service experience is desirable however, insurance experience is not essential. I.T. literacy essential. Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math's and English (or equivalent).
The Role

Pro-actively drive new business, promoting our products, generate and prospect leads to establish long term and effective relationships with new and existing customers. You'll handle general enquiries, new quotations, policy alterations, sales tasks and admin, with a 'can-do' proactive enthusiasm. Introduce NFU Mutual's range of Financial Services products, proactively book sales appointments with new and existing customers for our Financial Advisor to discuss Pension, Protection and Investment needs. Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a 'customer-centric' approach.
