Customer Sales Advisor - FULL TIME

Starting from 12.21 per hour + on target monthly bonus

Salary increase potential on completion of competency levels.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an exciting full time vacancy for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team with an immediate start date.

The Customer Sales Advisor will work with the Paisley Branch to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service, and in doing so, maximise the revenue potential of the site. You will be based in our Contact Centre and be responsible for delivering all company processes in relation to our customers to ensure a cost-efficient positive contribution is made to the overall business.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to work within a vibrant sales environment, dealing with new and existing self-storage customers whilst also managing the relationships with our existing customers. It is essential you are ambitious, articulate and able to communicate in a friendly and helpful manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional sales in line with company expectations.

Deliver Storage Vault / CoVault enquiry process through different mediums of enquiries (phone, email, online), ensuring a high conversion rate.

Increase the site revenue by effectively delivering the company debt management process.

Work with management & onsite staff to create a positive teamwork culture.

Effectively and efficiently work towards, and achieve, individual KPI's and have a positive impact on overall company revenue.

Be target driven and show ability to increase performance & skills while developing through company Competency Levels.

Deal with any customer complaints or challenges effectively as a first point of contact.

Be a champion representative of the Company Brand for all customers.

Storage Vault/CoVault is under an aggressive expansion phase, therefore progression through the company is highly probable for the correct candidate.

WORKING HOURS

Our Paisley Branch is open 6 days per week and the successful candidate's normal working hours will be 40 hours per week, to cover the following hours on a rotational basis:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday : 10:00am to 4:00pm

SALARY

A Telephone Customer Sales Advisor can expect a basic wage starting at 12.21 per hour with potential to increase your salary on completion of competency levels. An on target monthly bonus system is also implemented on passing probation.
