About the Agency
As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Worcester Agency.
About the role:
Dealing with customer sales enquiries and provide suitable quotations to clients;
Process mid-term adjustments and inviting renewals;
Working as a team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products;
Supporting team members in their activities;
Proactively establish customer needs to help find solutions from our product range including financial services
About you:
You enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships
Sales experience is desirable but not essential;
Some insurance experience would be advantageous but not essential due to the level and extent of our training.
Grades A-C or 9-7 in GCSE Maths and English
Attention to detail is necessary.
