We are looking for an experienced and flexible Customer Sales Advisor to work 16 hours in our Milton Keynes Home & Furniture store. We are looking for a free-thinking, hard-working and passionate individual who will give a one-of-a-kind, outstanding customer experience and truly represent Age UK Milton Keynes in the best possible way.
You will be an ambassador for Age UK Milton Keynes products, welcoming customers into the store, assessing their requirements and helping them find new and preloved items that meets their needs.
Experience within a retail or service environment, particularly with a lifestyle brand would be ideal but not essential.
Flexibility to work weekends and in line with store opening hours and operating needs.
An enthusiasm for furniture and confidence to share this with our customers.
Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with a diverse team.
Resilience and an energetic approach to work, our Home & Furniture store does get busy, and the role can be physically & mentally demanding particularly when dealing with large numbers of customers, stock, and deliveries.
