Customer Sales Agent

Job Description

Engage with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking ect... Accurately record and update customer information and sales records in our CRM system. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up with leads, quotes, and customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies to attract and retain customers. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate and promote them to customers. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. High level of customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
