We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Agent. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers and answer any inquiries about the company's products and services Meet and exceed sales targets Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions Work closely with the sales team and provide regular updates on customer feedback and market trends Continuously learn about the company's products and services and stay up to date with industry trends Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Requirements:
