Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, compliant, telephone-based contract continuation and renewal agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing clients to discuss and complete contract continuations and renewals. Your focus will be on maximising conversion rates and driving sales while consistently achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)

Responsibilities:

Proactively contact existing clients by telephone to discuss upcoming contract expirations, continuations, and renewals. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of RentGuarantor's services, answering queries and addressing objections to secure contract renewals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our online CRM system. Meet and exceed sales conversion targets and other KPIs set by management. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience and fostering client loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimise the renewal process. Participate in training, coaching, and regular performance reviews. Provide support to our B2B sales function to win new business, where contract continuation work has been completed.
Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a telephone-based sales or customer service role. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a conversion and KPI-driven environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a positive, persistent attitude. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule. Proficient with online CRM platforms and digital communication tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
