Wallsauce is one of the UK's leading custom wall mural specialists, producing made to measure wall murals customers in the UK, USA, Australia and other countries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced customer sales manager with a track record of managing a small team, maximising sales to trade and/or direct consumers. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate has an opportunity to directly impact the success of the Wallsauce sales team through managing processes, workflows and trade account growth. We are looking for candidates that demonstrate excellent communication skills, organisational ability and a positive team attitude.

What You'll Do:

Drive sales of Wallsauce wallcovering products to consumer and trade customers. Manage day to day sales/customer services team activities to maximise sales using CRM systems, team meetings and daily interactions. Manage the team's sales pipeline and conversion efforts. Develop relationships with potential new accounts, directly and via the team. Working with the team and other senior staff, manage after sales customer interactions where appropriate. With the senior business team, develop new techniques and processes to grow company sales via trade accounts, new corporate relationships and consumer markets. Work with product, marketing and IT team members to enhance sales opportunities.

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven direct sales and sales management experience Confident, driven, and comfortable in client-facing roles Tech-savvy and confident with CRM tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and organising skills plus an attention to detail. Additional details:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, with one allocated day a week to work from home.

Location - Great Harwood

Annual leave is 25 days + bank holidays (pro-rata)

Salary: 36,000 - 40,000 per annum
