Role Overview



We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised

Customer Service / Sales Office Executive

to join our team. This is a key role in the business, responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, supporting the sales team, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

The role combines

customer service

(inbound enquiries, order processing, account management) with

sales support

(quoting, upselling, following up on leads, and maintaining customer records).

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Process skip hire, bin, and waste management orders using our in-house system (Skiptrak).

Provide quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Proactively follow up with customers and leads to generate repeat business.

Support the sales team with pricing, customer information, and lead management.

Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in CRM systems.

Liaise with operations and drivers to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Handle customer queries, complaints, or service issues promptly and efficiently.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (bins, larger skips, total waste solutions).

Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and office processes.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or office-based role.

Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and in writing.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proactive and sales-driven mindset with the ability to spot opportunities.

Competent IT skills - confident using MS Office and CRM/order management systems.

Experience in the waste/recycling, logistics, or construction sector (desirable, not essential).
