We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and motivated Customer Sales & Support Advisor to join our team in Elland, West Yorkshire. This full-time, permanent role involves following up on customer quotes, contacting potential clients, maintaining regular communication with existing customers, and supporting business growth through proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
Follow up on customer quotes and enquiries
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to strengthen relationships
Engage with new clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to support business growth through proactive engagement, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any client issues promptly.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing client engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a customer relations role, preferably within a sales or advisory capacity.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar systems is advantageous.

What We Offer:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5 pm
Probation: 6-month probationary period
Annual Leave: 20 days per year plus statutory bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days)
