We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Support & Sales Coordinator
. This is a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers -- from first contact through to post-delivery follow-up.
You'll be the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing quotes, supporting order confirmations, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls from prospective and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely quotations based on customer needs and product/service availability.
Input and manage orders within our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Contact customers the day before scheduled deliveries to confirm details.
Conduct follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM or order systems.
Liaise with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to customer service and sales coordination.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
A confident communicator with a warm and professional telephone manner.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
