Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks promptly.

Duties

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills for calculations. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Respond promptly to custOmer inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. A basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
