Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Admin / Sales Assistant. This multifaceted role involves engaging with customers, managing administrative tasks, and supporting sales activities to ensure the smooth operation of our services.?
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Administrative Support:
Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records using platforms like Tradify and Sage.
Sales Assistance:
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and production teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.?
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using software platforms such as Tradify and Sage.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
