Trophystore.co.uk Ltd, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Admin to join its busy, expanding business in Tamworth.

You'll be joining our office-based team to provide full support for our customers across two businesses within our e-commerce group.
In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
Processing customer orders and payments with accuracy and efficiency
Managing returns and coordinating actions for out-of-stock products
Tracking and monitoring deliveries and orders in response to customer requests
Preparing and providing quotations and discounts per company policies
Communicating effectively with third-party suppliers and couriers
Handling general customer enquiries and offering accurate product advice
Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, live chat, customer reviews and social media activity
Actioning additional administrative tasks and projects to support the Customer Service Team
Skills and experience required:
Proven previous history of office-based admin experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding telephone manner
Ability to work under own initiative whilst still being part of a multi-tasking team
Well organised and able to manage time efficiently
Ability to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
5 GCSE's grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English & Maths
Knowledge and experience of e-commerce would be beneficial

Working hours are 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with a 1 hour break.
