The Opportunity
Our client is a globally renowned and extremely successful science-based company who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator within their modern Abingdon offices.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will be extremely organised, with flawless attention to detail, as you will be required to record, set up, and update new customer accounts into the company's CRM systems.
Additionally, you will be the first point of call for customer complaints and queries, via both telephone and email. As Customer Service Administrator, you will therefore need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the innovation and intuition to effectively solve problems.
