About the Role

  • Hybrid role \xe2\x80\x93 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
  • Working equivalent 9am-5pm 5 days per week between 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday, working twice a month on Saturdays with a day off during the week

  • Financial services, online banking or call centre background, including customer onboarding and KYC experience
Are you an experienced customer services professional who takes pride in offering an exceptional experience to your customers? Are you looking to use your experience working within the financial services or banking sector within a company with an excellent reputation?

You will be joining an existing team in an exciting time of growth and responsible for the day-to-day administration of a variety of customer queries. Duties include:
  • Onboarding new customers and setting up accounts
  • Completing relevant regulatory customer checks
  • Handling customer accounts and taking a variety of payments
  • Handling sensitive information such as bereavement services
  • Updating customer records
  • Discussing a variety of services and products with customers
  • Inputting and preparing daily transactions, transfers and payments into the system
If you already have a strong background in call centre or online customer services, ideally within banking or financial services and are looking to join an innovative organisation, this may be the next step in your career. You will have:
  • Experience of onboarding new customers
  • Working knowledge of KYC
  • An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
  • High levels of numeracy
  • Excellent IT skills
  • The ability to gain trust with customers and provide a solution
  • Excellent listening skills
