The Role:The Customer Service Administrator role is an integral position within this business. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Just as important, you will bring empathy, patience and clear communication to every customer interaction. Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing orders, including organising the daily order schedule & communicating dispatch dates and delays with customers and the Customer Service team.
Arrange daily orders collection with the carrier agent, producing shipping documentation.
Resolve shipping issues with carriers, liaising between the Customer Service team and customers.
Coordinate the custom branding process, from artwork approval with customers to liaising with printing suppliers.
Manage returns/exchanges, with smooth communication between customers & internal teams.
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email & chat, providing accurate information about products & services.
Troubleshoot and investigate issues to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Handle complaints in a thoughtful and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
Skills / Experience Required:For this Customer Service Administrator role you must have solid customer service and administration experience in any sector. You should have strong organisational and MS Office skills and proficient spoken & written communication skills.
Additional Information:Salary for the Customer Service Administrator role is c.30,000. You will be working in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere, no shifts or late evenings. There are 22 days annual holiday + the period between Xmas and New Year as additional paid holiday + all bank holidays.
