We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Glen Parva. You'll be at the heart of helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every order runs smoothly. If you've got a calm, professional manner and enjoy supporting people, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Answer inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
Respond to emails and live chat quickly and clearly
Work with courier partners to resolve delivery queries
Liaise with our Workshop and Dispatch teams to keep orders on track
What we're looking for
2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
A positive, calm, and polite approach
Confident phone manner and strong written communication
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Google Cloud and Excel knowledge is a plus
A driving licence is useful for evening hours and Bank Holiday shifts
