We are seeking a polite and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team! If you love working in a dynamic environment and have skills that include outstanding customer service and good attention to detail, this is the opportunity for you!

• Position: Customer Service Administrator

• Start: Tuesday 1st July

• Location: Rural Sittingbourne (You must be able to drive to get there)

• Contract Type: Temporary with the opportunity for a permanent position

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM

• Pay: 13.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Answering inbound calls from existing and new clients, answering queries and passing to relevant team.

• Accurately input and maintain information in the systems, entering contracts into system.

• Keep spreadsheets organised and up-to-date, ensuring all data is easily accessible.

• Support the team with various administrative tasks that ensure our operations run like clockwork.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

• The ability to drive due to the rural location.
