Hire & Sales Controller - Uxbridge Depot

Location: Uxbridge, West London

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join ALTRAD Generation - a UK leader in non-mechanical plant hire and sales.

We're looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused Hire & Sales Controller to support day-to-day operations at our busy Uxbridge depot. You'll be the central point of contact between customers, the yard, drivers, and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to hire and sales enquiries (phone, email & face-to-face)

Processing contracts, quotes, orders, and paperwork accurately

Coordinating deliveries and collections with transport and yard teams

Building strong working relationships with new and existing customers

Monitoring stock levels and ensuring equipment availability

Assisting the Area Manager with general branch admin and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Experience in plant/tool hire or a builder's merchant environment (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organised with attention to detail

Comfortable using hire systems and Microsoft Office

A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
