Customer Service Adviser - Dumfries
Salary Dependent on Experience

About the role:

Working in an upbeat and friendly team, you will provide the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, via email and when they visit our office. You will:

Handle general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals, with a focus on personal products such as home and car insurance Pro-Actively establish new sales opportunities Introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services to new and existing customers Assist with day to day office administration processes.

What we're looking for:

Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however; insurance experience is not essential.
