What we're looking for

Customer Service Advisor

Part - time 2 days per week

Tuesday & Thursday

Glasgow

This role involves providing complex fast paced Customer Service, supporting multiple projects. This is a busy role which requires resolving issues with customers regarding their orders, often working to tight time constraints.

Creating the future - Your tasks in our team:

Responsibility for calling existing customers regarding order requirements Making sales calls to prospect customers regarding product range Passion for resolving customer complaints Stakeholder Management of multiple customers Ability to make competent and quick decisions Responsible for the order process, ensuring equipment is delivered accurately within specified timescales To resolve challenges for customers when orders are not complete, understanding of processes and procedures

Experience

Previous experience of working in a hire business Ability to think logically under pressure Experience in complex customer service role Computer literate various databases and MS Proven customer support experience Good knowledge of MS office (essential) Familiar with CRM Systems and practices Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and on the phone
