Excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.

Strong keyboard and IT skills.

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

Knowledge of the foodservice industry, product, and suppliers would be advantageous.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Making and accepting customer telephone calls in line with the company's set standard and ensuring other incoming calls are diverted to the necessary departments in a professional manner.

Inputting customer orders onto the computer system and following company checking procedures to ensure products, quantities, and delivery dates are correct.

Maintaining customer call schedules to ensure maximum call efficiencies are attained.

Developing strong business relationships with customers and driving additional sales of new products, key and promotional lines, and date-sensitive products.

Serve as the link of communication between your customers and internal teams, assisting them in resolving matters relating to their business and Harlech Foodservice.

Splitting time effectively between office-based account management and order capture at crucial times of the day.

Achieving targets in relation to call and order capturing measures, add-on sales, and centrally managed account performance.

Guide customers through our online service and explain the positive features of the system.

Assisting in the setup and development of new accounts, working with other departments to ensure ordering for the customer and the delivery of goods sets a lasting first impression.

General Conduct



Excellent customer care skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
