Customer Service Advisor - Aberdeen Airport - Full time 42 Hours Per Week-

26,863.20 Per Annum

We're looking for a

Customer Services Adviser

who will be the face of our business,

bringing outstanding customer service

within the Airport sector.

This is a working shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts working days and nights

Your key duties will include:


Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience To understand and be fully familiar with the parking equipment, pre-booking system, ANPR system and other related equipment Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers Ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI's
