Duties and responsibilities of the Claims Support Advisor:


Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs Resolving disputes with customers, referring to your colleagues for advice if needed Accurately record the information

Experience and knowledge of the Claims Support Advisor:


A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite Naturally empathetic to a variety of customer needs High levels of resilience to ensure work is effective and efficient even in times of pressure Proactive in your approach to all aspects of work First class verbal and written communication skills Great team player with the ability to contribute positively and supports others in times of surge High levels of organisation of both time and workload Ability to work the contracted hours and maintain commitment throughout the training period and beyond You should be mindful of diversity and inclusivity
