Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our PFI Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am - 6pm
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and accurate support for reactive maintenance and service requests.
Your day to day will include:

  • Communicating with internal and external customers to manage service requests via the CAFAM system
  • Raising, allocating, and completing work orders for reactive works
  • Coordinating engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling, paperwork, and compliance
  • Producing and distributing reports for clients and internal teams
  • Supporting Lifecycle and Variation Works, including quote handling and performance mitigation
What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:
  • You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • You have accurate data entry skills and great attention to detail
A Full Driving Licence is not required for this role.
