Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our PFI Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Part time 20 hours a week - shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration.
Your day to day will include:

  • Communicating with internal and external customers to record and distribute service requests via the CAFAM system
  • Raising, allocating, and completing work orders for reactive maintenance tasks
  • Coordinating engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling, paperwork management, and compliance tracking
  • Producing and distributing reports to stakeholders and supporting the Contract Manager with administrative tasks
  • Managing Lifecycle and Variation Works, including quote handling and performance mitigation activities
What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and have strong data entry accuracy
  • You can build effective working relationships and work collaboratively within a team
A full driving licence is not required for this role.
