Job Description


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, focused on engaging with customers and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Engage with customers in various face to face channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate products or services based on their needs
  • Ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively listen to clients\' needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xc2\xa324,518.26 per year Benefits:
