Offering \xc2\xa311.25 per hour / \xc2\xa321,937 per annum

Full time, permanent contract

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity working on behalf of a well known and established outsourcer who specialise within the financial sector \xe2\x80\x93 they are a trusted outsourcing partner for some of top banking, mortgage and credit providers across the world! Location: Birmingham (B1)

  • This role will be fully remote following 3 months on-site training and embedment.
The Role:

You will be working on behalf of a Top 6 UK Banks as a Customer Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customers with a meticulous service within a timely manner. You will be responsible for:
  • Taking full ownership of customer queries, ensuring to gain a full understanding of the customers situation, wants and needs giving knowledgeable and thought out advice and support.
  • Handling customer enquiries that will range in complexity, calls will include but not limited to; opening/closing accounts, fraudulent activity, lost/stolen cards, com-premised accounts, overdrafts, financial struggles, savings, credit cards, overseas usage etc.
  • Providing a high level of customer service throughout the process to all customers.
  • Respond efficiently to internal customer enquiries ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood escalating issues where appropriate
  • Making sure all queries are acknowledged and responded to within pre-arranged service levels and time frames.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience within customer services, You may have worked in a retail environment or perhaps in a bar or restaurant. As long as you are a real people person and willing to learn this could be the role for you. Don\xe2\x80\x99t worry if you don\xe2\x80\x99t tick all of the boxes below as full training will be provided!
  • Previous experience within a financial sector or customer complaints background is highly desirable but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information to reach fair outcomes
  • The ability to manage their own workload and prioritise accordingly
  • The confidence to make decisions within agreed discretionary limits.
Working Hours:
  • Working between Monday to Sunda, 5 days out of 7 between 7am-11pm on a shift basis
  • 37.5 hours per week
