Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our client's valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of inquiries. If you are proactive, organised, and love helping others, we want to hear from you!
Contract Type: Temporary contract
Daily Rate: up to 95 + holiday pay + temp benefits
Working Pattern: full-time
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Provide product and service information to customers

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively

• Previous experience in customer service or Retail
