Customer Service Advisor \xe2\x80\x93 Case Management Salary: \xc2\xa324,380 - \xc2\xa328,830 per annum\xe2\x80\xaf(Depending on experience) Location: Funtington / Lakeside / Hybrid Full training provided. We support over five million customers every year and 170,000 travel claims. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in seamlessly managing insurance claims from start to finish. While prior insurance experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided. We also offer fantastic opportunities for learning, development, and career progression. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Manage end-to-end cases, ensuring comprehensive support and resolution
  • Assess and process documents in adherence to policy terms
  • Approach customer interactions with empathy, providing a caring and understanding attitude towards their needs and concerns.
  • Offer clear and comprehensive guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and excellent experience throughout the claims process.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
  • Preferred experience in a call centre or customer service role, demonstrating proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Confident and articulate in verbal communication, with the ability to engage and assist customers over the phone.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing tasks efficiently even under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, seamlessly switching between handling phone calls and responding to customer emails.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling the application of logical rules to evaluate claims and make accurate decisions.
  • Proficient in conveying information clearly and concisely, ensuring customers understand complex concepts.
  • Natural empathy and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on our travel customers\' experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential for this role.
