Job Description
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting the learners as a first point of contact and working with them to ensure all relevant deadlines are met.
You will not only be there to help learners with their learning journey via telephone, postal and/or electronic enquiries, but also provide them with exceptional customer service.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD JOB DETAILS
Salary: £19,000 - £22,500 PA
Location: Central Brighton, East Sussex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD YOU WILL NEED
A successful applicant is friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
They should have excellent telephone manner and be comfortable using MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
