Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (Assignment expected to last for around 3 months but this could change)

Salary: \xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa326,000 per annum

This position is based on the industrial estate in chalgrove and, ideally would suit someone with their own transport. if not then there is a bus route and the bus is a 20 minute walk from where you\'d be working.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

The Company specialises in the distribution of a wide range of medical/scientific equipment and tools to the medical world, including Research and Development and Universities.

Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online chat
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction details
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to empathise with customers and provide appropriate solutions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
Experience:

Previous experience of order processing would be highly beneficial for this role

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Good understanding of customer service principles and practises
  • Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM software
