Our Customer Service Team are responsible for providing a best in class experience for our internal and external customers, this is a varied role within the team, which facilitates several operations within the organisation from installation through to aftercare.

The Role:



Answering Inbound queries via phone or email in a timely manner. Within reason, taking ownership of inbound queries and facilitating a resolution. Support our customer with all post installation actions, such as service and repair. Arranging appointments with a range of clients, including private customers, builders and care homes. Build, maintain and grow strong working relationships with internal departments. Management of Service Engineer documentation and schedules Working within Customer Service KPI's, SLA's and aiming for Customer Service Excellence Using SAP business one Various other duties

The Person:



Ability to commute daily to Andoversford (6.6 miles from Cheltenham centre) Great attention to detail An individual who can be empathetic towards customers in a professional manner and prides themselves on being a good listener Driven to providing outstanding customer service Resourceful, good problem solver and organised. An individual who is comfortable being a member of a team. 'Can do' attitude with drive to deliver. Self-starter and quick learner. Excellent communication skills. Organised and competent administrator. Experience with SAP business One - Not essential

Measures of success



Strong working relationship with internal team members. High percentile of successful installations. High percentile of first contact resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
