We're introducing a dedicated, friendly, and helpful telephone support team to assist colleagues and line managers with a variety of queries. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that will evolve as we develop our systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate information and support to colleagues over the phone.
• Aim for first time resolution wherever possible, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company processes.
• Handle a variety of queries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Work with other teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently from start to finish.

What to Expect

• Phone Line Focused: The role will start with telephone-based support and will grow to include chat and helpdesk support as our systems develop.
• Working Hours: You'll work shifts between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.
• Location: Based in our Bradford, West Yorkshire offices, 5 days per week.

• Previous experience in a customer focussed role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, helpful guidance.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools.
