About the Role:
The primary role of a Customer Service Advisor will be dealing with customer calls for service repairs. The role will be dealing with complaints and queries and giving information back to the customer on how to resolve their issues. This position is working in partnership with Crawley Council.
Role Criteria:
- Customer service focused
- IT literate especially Microsoft
- Ability to deal with challenges and complaints
- Reliable and hardworking
- Excellent communication skills
