CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - \xc2\xa322,600 - DROYLSDEN - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
I\'m looking for 2 customer service advisors to join the team for a min of 12 month on a fixed term contract due to new systems and processes being implemented.
The role will involve inputting of orders and liaising with customers via phone and email with any order queries, sending samples when required, helping the order processing team to fulfil the daily orders ready for picking, as well some administration duties.
- Input orders onto the current and new in-house computer system (full training to be given).
- Sending samples
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls
- Assistance with XML orders
- Printing off orders from sales inbox when required
- Responding to queries from the sales inbox
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Working with all departments within Rodo, ie. Customer care, telesales.
- Filing, scanning, reception cover
