Formed by an ex-London Taxi Driver, the company has firmly cemented itself to be the No1 London Black Cab Insurance Provider in the UK and has since grown to offer a variety of commercial insurance products including Specialist Commercial Vehicle, Minibus, Fleet & Commercial Combined.

The Role

Due to growth plans the business are actively recruiting for an ambitious, customer centric individul to join the Customer Service Team. Reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager, you will be helping to adminitser commercial insurance policies across all products.

This is an extremely varied role where you will gain exposures to many facets of the insurance industry. Typical duties include;

Processing new and existing business renewals in line with FCA requirements including obtaining and issuing appropriate documentation. Process mid-term adjustments / cancellations as appropriate Calculating insurance premiums / adjustment premiums. Dealining with incoming customer telephone enquiries. Presenting accurate information to Underwriters. Updating client records.

The Individual

Athough previous experience working in the insurance would be preferable, the business is open to recruiting individuals with the following skill sets;

Excellent communication skills & the ability to build strong relationships Confident and clear telephone manner. The ability to multitask (you will be receiving incoming calls, making outgoing calls & calculating insurance premiums in a busy & dynamic environment). Someone who is eager to learn and progress their career in the insurance industry.
