The Role



As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be responsible for:

Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Providing clear, friendly, and professional advice Solving problems quickly and calmly Logging information accurately and keeping customer records up to date Working closely with other departments to deliver solutions Representing our brand with confidence and positivity
This is a

full-time, in-person

role with set shifts - no late nights or rotating weekends.

What We're Looking For



Great communication and listening skills A calm, confident and caring approach Good attention to detail and basic computer skills The ability to work as part of a team and stay organised under pressure A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is great - but not essential. We're more interested in the person you are than the jobs you've done.
