Job Description

Our client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who will play a key function in their Accounts role within LRS Customer Services. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have an efficient, proactive, positive approach. The role will be based at the customer site in Brockworth, Gloucester and will report to the Channel Team Leader.

Key Duties;

• Provide excellent service to all customers
• Ensure a \xe2\x80\x98Right First Time\xe2\x80\x99 ethos in all information flows within LRS supply chain
• Develop and maintain a knowledge bank of customer and product information
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Pro-active approach to executing concise communication to all stakeholders ie. Held Orders, Debt issues, Promotional invoices
• Effective query resolution (Covering Price & Delivery claims)
• Proactive management to ensure invoices are paid to terms
• Cash allocation, Ledger management
• Day to day communication with LRS Stakeholders

Requirements;

• Experience of customer service, preferably in an FMCG environment
• Experience of SAP Order Management system is desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of sales ledger
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Effective query resolution
• Diplomatic and sensitive at handling conflict
• Flexible approach to working patterns
• Have the drive and commitment to see tasks through to completion
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to respond appropriately to customer requirements
• PC Skills \xe2\x80\x93 MS Office preferred

Pay;

• \xc2\xa311.45 Per Hour

Shifts;

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 \xe2\x80\x93 17:00
