We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Advisor
. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, up to 50+ calls per day, so someone who is patient, empathetic and great at communicating both verbally and written is essential.
The best CSA's are always willing to go the extra mile for customers and genuinely care about the service they provide.
You will be able to work under pressure and comfortable using software systems to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
To ensure incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and courteously and any queries dealt with swiftly and professionally.
To input sales orders on the internal ERP 10 ERP System in a timely manner.
To maximise sales of the Company's products; advising on prices, discounts, stock availability and to resolve issues or refer to Technical Support as appropriate.
To establish and consolidate a good working relationship with Sales Representatives', external and internal customers and colleagues.
To investigate and resolve Returns and Hold orders in a timely manner.
To provide clerical and sales support within the department including covering sickness and holidays where required.
To keep abreast of any new products and developments.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in a professional customer service/call-centre environment preferred.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service including complaint management.
Excellent telephone manner essential - 80% of your time will be taking inbound calls.
Basic computer skills in order to retrieve information and process.
A team-player.
The ability to communicate confidently with persons at all levels.
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail, accuracy and sense of urgency.
Confident in approach to work with adaptable attitude, and willingness to learn.
