We're looking for a confident, organised

Customer Service Advisor / Delivery Co-ordinator

to join our team and support customers with UK, international, and same-day shipments.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy problem-solving, great service, and working in a friendly, fast-moving environment, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls Process UK domestic and international shipments using carrier software (weighing, printing labels, providing tracking details, advising on weight excess charges, etc.) Assist with quoting and responding to customer enquiries Handle email, phone and live chat queries professionally and efficiently Take bookings and liaise with our same-day controllers Allocate jobs to drivers and third-party suppliers Update our software with job details and proof-of-delivery information Monitor UK overnight and international shipments and help resolve any issues Check carrier invoices, driver PoDs and carry out general admin tasks Liaise with storage clients and occasionally assist in the storage warehouse Use Microsoft Office daily Identify opportunities to upsell and improve customer experience

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Good organisation and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment Comfortable using IT systems (full training provided) Positive attitude and team player
