What You'll Do



Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and care Resolve issues quickly, calmly, and effectively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service across all touchpoints Stay up to date with products, services, and internal processes

What We're Looking For



A confident communicator with a clear, friendly phone manner Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting Computer-literate and quick to learn new systems Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or admin is a bonus -- but not essential
