We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join a not-for-profit organisation in Macclesfield. The role involves providing excellent customer service and effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers about services and policies.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
