We are looking for someone too fulfil a part time role 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday within our company. You must be enthusiastic with good communication skills and willing to work with the rest of your team while also being self motivated with a can do attitude and the ability to multi task is essential as at times it can be a fast paced environment. As a small local business we pride ourselves on being quick and efficient with a positive and friendly approach to service.
Daily roles will include.
Dealing with customer accounts ( diary management, booking and invoicing completed work and part ordering)
Answering telephone calls
booking customers service calls on our in house system
Helping other team members with their daily tasks, and general office work.
full-time hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5 with a one hour lunch break(unpaid). Hourly rate of pay is 12.85
Full training will be given but previous experience in office work or customer service would be beneficial .
Knowledge in
ECommerce and social media would be a plus.
Interviews will be held at our office in Birkenhead between the hours of 9-6 Monday Too Friday however we are flexible. We will be closing the advert on the 2nd of January and will be holding interviews from the 5th of January . Interviews are usually set up through messenger via indeed so please keep a look out should you apply.
