Customer Service Advisor - Join Our Friendly Team in Doncaster

Hours:

Part-time, 20 hours per week - rotating between Morning and Afternoon shift patterns - Mornings: 8am - 12pm Afternoons: 3pm - 7pm

The Role

This is a dynamic and varied position where no two days are the same. From answering customer queries to working with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

Your Responsibilities

Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Provide product advice and recommendations, inspiring customers and even suggesting upgrades when appropriate.

Coordinate deliveries and collections with carriers and hauliers.

Maintain accurate records in our internal systems.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as transport, accounts, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Details

This role is office-based in Doncaster.

The position is part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week on a rota.

While your primary duties are outlined above, you may occasionally be asked to undertake additional reasonable tasks as directed by your manager.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO PROVIDE REFERENCES AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK.
