Customer Service Advisor

At Kempston Controls, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As part of our industry-leading Customer Service Team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and webchat -- providing support, solving problems, and making every interaction count.
What you'll be doing:
Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and care
Preparing accurate quotes and invoices
Collaborating with colleagues and suppliers to deliver the best outcomes
You'll be joining a supportive team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to creating exceptional experiences for every customer, every time
